About the instructor
Panagiotis Loukinas is a Research Analyst of the Applied Research and Innovation team at Trilateral Research. He works on projects focusing on society, law and technology, assessing the impact of emerging technologies, such as unmanned aircraft, on human rights, privacy and data protection. His areas of expertise include drones, cyber security, border security, migration and justice. Panagiotis has also experience in employing a mixture of qualitative methods when examining the socio-legal implications of innovative technologies.
